IT Recruiting

For most technical roles, we can present qualified candidates within 5–7 business days and complete a placement within 2–3 weeks. For highly specialized or senior roles, 3–4 weeks is more typical. Our deep talent network and pre-vetted candidate pool allow us to move significantly faster than traditional recruiters.

We recruit across all IT disciplines: software engineers (frontend, backend, full-stack), data scientists, ML engineers, AI specialists, DevOps/cloud engineers, QA engineers, cybersecurity professionals, product managers, IT project managers, UI/UX designers, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and more. If it's a technology role, we recruit for it.

Yes. We offer a replacement guarantee for all placements. If a full-time hire doesn't work out within the guarantee period (typically 90 days), we will conduct a replacement search at no additional charge. The exact guarantee terms are included in our recruiting agreement.

For permanent placements, we charge a one-time success fee (a percentage of first-year salary) only upon successful hire β€” no upfront costs. For contract placements, we charge a markup on the contractor's hourly rate. For staff augmentation, we offer competitive monthly retainer structures.
